Terms and Conditions

1.When you make a booking

You guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of the party the terms of these booking contract. Your contract is made once your reservation fee has been paid and you have received written confirmation from us

2.Paying for your holiday

To reserve your accommodation, your booking form must be returned with a reservation fee as stated above. The full balance of the rental should be made no later than 6 weeks prior to the day of departure

3.If you change your booking

If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible

4.If you cancel your holiday

Should you wish to cancel your booking, please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable

5.Loss / Damage to Property

A security deposit of £100 will be required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you after you have vacated the accommodation, provided it is in good order. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage of any item of the property or additional cleaning has been necessary, a charge will be deducted from your security deposit

6.Holiday insurance

We advise that you ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance prior to travelling

7.Passports, visas and health certificates etc

Double check that your passport is in order!

8.General

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our apartment, and no pets are allowed. This is to ensure the quality of accomodation for all guests.
